Criteria for Yard of the Month

Criteria for Yard of the Month as stated in Article 3 General Deed Restrictions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Castlegate Owners Association Inc.

* The committee will check for dead trees in the yard. As stated in 3.26 all dead trees must be removed.

* The committee will check for a minimum of 2 live trees with a diameter of at least 2".

* The committee will check for a minimum of 3 live trees with a diameter of at least 2".

(Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 6)

* The committee will consider landscape design restriction as stated in section 3.27. This includes, but is not limited to, keeping all shrubs, trees, grass and plantings cultivated, pruned and in a good healthy living condition.

* The committee will make their personal, unbiased selections based on knowledge of the above criteria, general tidy appearance and upkeep as well as their personal preference.
