City Comprehensive Plan
The City has begun the process of creating revised zoning districts to better align with the City's adopted Comprehensive Plan, both by name of the districts and by purpose of the districts. The Commission initiated this process at their regular meeting on December 1st. To learn more about the City's proposed process, please see the attached memo prepared for the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Additional meetings and stakeholder input will be held as the process continues prior to any action being taken on the revised districts.
