The College Station Parks & Recreation Department is hosting the Texas Parks & Wildlife Learn to Fish Event on Saturday, Jan. 14 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Stephen C. Beachy Central Park. Families will learn the basics of fishing through fun, hands-on activities. Participants will receive a fishing fun pack and can draw for prizes.

•  Equipment and bait provided, or you can bring your own. 
•  No fishing license required for youth under 17 years of age. 
•  Adults must accompany children.
•  Bring sun protection and water.
