The Castlegate Yard of the Month Program has been updated!
From May – November two yards per month will be selected as winners.  First prize will receive a $50.00 gift card and the Runner Up will receive a $25.00 gift card.  All of the monthly prize winners will be entered into a drawing for a $200.00 Grand Prize gift card to be awarded at the Castlegate Annual Meeting.  You must be present at the meeting to win.  There will be four $25.00 gift cards awarded in December for the Holiday Lights & Decorations.

Weathering permitting Aggieland Pressure Wash will be cleaning the Hwy 40 Entrance walls on May 14. After the area dries out, G&W Electric will remove existing lights and install New LED Entrance Lights mounting them on the entrance walls the week of May 20.

The city currently has completed most of their investigations and are early on in design and developing construction plans for the Greens Prairie Trail Phase 2.

Once they get further along in design they will come back for another public meeting to show how the layout has progressed based on their investigations, engineering design and any comments. Since this project covers a larger area it will be several months before they are ready to present the design again.

Here is a link to the website that shows the exhibits that were presented at the Phase 2 Public Meeting.

If you have any questions or comments please feel free to give James Smith a call or email.
