The 2nd Quarter Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the office of Neighborhood Partners located at 4490 Castlegate Drive, College Station, TX 77845.
The Castlegate Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 18, 2023 and preparations are underway. If you are interested in running in the election for the board of directors, please fill out the application below and email it to [email protected] before July 24, 2023.

Also, if you would like to submit a Topic To Discuss at the meeting, please complete the attached form and return it to the association office by September 6, 2023. Please note that you must be in attendance at the meeting in order for your topic to be added to the agenda.

Each month two yards are selected by the committee. First place winners receive a $50 gift card and second place winners receive a $25 gift card. In December, four Holiday Lights winners receive a $25 gift card. All winners from October of 2022 through September 2023 will be eligible to enter a drawing for a $200 grand prize gift card at the Annual Meeting on September 18, 2023. You must be present at the meeting to win.

There is a fresh crop of trees just waiting to be adopted by your family. If you are interested in participating please email: adopt.a.castlegate.tree@gmail.
Two park benches have been installed on the walking trail in Castlegate. A Castlegate resident made this suggestion and the board approved this wonderful addition to the trail. The idea is for residents to use the benches to rest, relax and visit with neighbors while using the trail. The benches are located near 2029 Ravenstone Lp and 2143 Rockcliffe Lp on the walking trail sidewalk.
