Thanks for all you do to keep your yards beautiful and enhance the community appeal.
We continue to have people parking on the grass or over the curb and breaking HOA irrigation heads and lateral lines. This costs every homeowner each time someone decides to do this by wasting HOA budget on unnecessary irrigation repairs expenses. There are irriation heads and lines all along Victoria and Castlegate Drive, including the ponds and parks. Golf carts are also not allowed in common area grass areas and parks.
