We continue to have people parking on the grass or over the curb and breaking HOA irrigation heads and lateral lines.  This costs every homeowner each time someone decides to do this by wasting HOA budget on unnecessary irrigation repairs expenses.  There are irriation heads and lines all along Victoria and Castlegate Drive, including the ponds and parks. Golf carts are also not allowed in common area grass areas and parks.

To the amazing neighbors I have recently seen beautifying our green spaces, THANK YOU!!! Your efforts have not gone unnoticed and are very much appreciated!
There are newly planted trees and bushes, flags placed for the holidays, the park being “spruced up” by the very dedicated group of men who work out very early in the mornings there, and my amazing neighbor, Teresa, collecting trash along the trails and ponds in the green spaces as she is out on her walks. And I’m sure there are others I am unaware of as well.
We are so blessed to live in this beautiful neighborhood and have neighbors who are so giving of their time and energy.

The annual meeting is set for Monday, September 16, 2024.  Part of the annual meeting includes an election of board members.  If you are interested in running in the election for a position on the board, please complete the candidate application below and email it to [email protected] by July 29, 2024.  This is a great way to get involved in the future of the community.
